  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the product
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all accessories

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer
  • The original packaging, box, or accessories are missing
  • The return request is made after the allowed time period
  • Items purchased on special offers, clearance, or discounts (unless defective)

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us via email, phone, or Facebook within the return period
  2. Provide your order ID and issue details (with photo/video proof if needed)
  3. Our team will review and confirm your return request
  4. After approval, arrange pickup or send the product as instructed

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected
  • Refund method depends on your original payment method:
    • COD Orders: Refund via bKash/Nagad/Bank transfer
    • Online Payments: Refunded to original payment source
  • Refunds are completed within 7–10 working days

5. Exchange Policy

  • We offer product exchange for damaged or defective items
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability
  • If the product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued

6. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong/defective product)
  • In case of customer-initiated returns, delivery costs may apply

  • Please check the product in front of the delivery person if possible
  • Onix Tech reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet our policy conditions
